Self Adhesive Labels

Labels Built to Perform on the Line, Not Just on the Sample

A self-adhesive label has one job that matters more than how it looks in a design file: it has to stick, register and read correctly, run after run, on your actual production line. That’s a different discipline from producing one good-looking proof.

Ugar Labels manufactures self-adhesive labels in roll and sheet form on 8-colour flexographic presses with full-servo drive systems, built to maintain colour consistency and registration accuracy across long, high-volume production runs – not just the first few hundred pieces off the press.

We work with manufacturers and B2B brands across FMCG, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, cosmetics, lubricants and industrial products, producing labels for bottles, jars, containers, folding cartons and other common packaging substrates.

Where Our Self-Adhesive Labels Are Used

Every application puts different demands on a label  a chilled beverage bottle needs moisture resistance, a lubricant drum needs abrasion resistance, a pharma bottle needs precise, legible print. We plan for the application before we plan the print run.

  • Bottles & Jars: beverage, food, cosmetic and pharma containers where curved-surface application and consistent adhesion matter
  • Cartons & Folding Boxes: secondary packaging labels that need to sit flush without lifting at the edges
  • Industrial Containers & Drums: labels built to survive handling, storage conditions and outdoor exposure
  • Consumer Packs & Pouches: flexible-substrate applications for personal care and FMCG products

Materials & Finishes
We Work With

The right label starts with the right substrate — not every material behaves the same way on glass, plastic, cardboard or a chilled surface. We help you choose based on the product, the application method and the shelf environment the label needs to survive.

How We Produce Your Labels
